It is not the fact that he is lacking water bowls. That's not it. It's the principle of the matter. He just wants to drink out of the faucet, you showed him that it is possible, and he likes it. It's like a personal little waterfall right at home. And he also knows that if he screams long enough next to that faucet, it doesn't matter what time it is or what you are doing, you will come and open it. Or maybe that is just us with our cat.
